Welcome to Spotmate, your ultimate fitness companion. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website and mobile application ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of Spotmate.
